The Old Stables is on our farm in Sherston. It's a proper Cotswold village, quiet but not remote. You've got a couple of pubs and a shop within five minutes' walk.
The building used to be stables, obviously. We converted it. It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, it's clean, everything works.
You're on a working farm, so there are animals around. You'll hear sheep sometimes. The garden is yours, it's enclosed. There's parking right outside.
Inside, you've got the basics covered: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
For things to do, you're well placed. Malmesbury is about ten minutes by car, it's got the abbey and some nice shops. The Westonbirt Arboretum is maybe twenty minutes away, it's spectacular in autumn. Bath is under an hour. The Cotswold Water Park is close if you like watersports. Lacock Abbey and Dyrham Park are both easy drives, they're National Trust places.
