The Doveling is in Aston Subedge, near Chipping Campden. It's a converted barn on an estate. You get your own courtyard garden. It's enclosed, so that's good for dogs.
The barn sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of them is a wet room on the ground floor, and there's wheelchair access throughout. It's a five-star place, which means it's been done to a high spec. It's warm and there's underfloor heating.
The main thing is the living room. It's got the old dovecote tower still in it, with the nesting boxes, which is unusual. You can sit and look up at it. The stairs up to two of the bedrooms are in a glass walkway, so it's bright.
The kitchen is big, with an island and a large dining table. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso machine. There's a woodburner for cooler nights. Outside, there's a barbecue and plenty of space. They've even got an electric vehicle charger.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's an outside tap for muddy paws. They provide bedding and towels.
It's a quiet, rural spot. Chipping Campden is about a ten-minute drive for shops and pubs. For bigger days out, Stratford-upon-Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold, or the Cotswold Water Park are all within half an hour. There are plenty of walks from the door.
