This is Huckleberry Barn. It's on a private farm estate just outside Aston Subedge. The main thing is the space. It's a converted barn, so the ceilings are very high with all the original timber beams. It sleeps eight, but it doesn't feel cramped.
There are four bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. That's useful with a big group. The kitchen is well-equipped, it's a proper country kitchen. There's a big table everyone can fit around.
Outside, there's a large enclosed courtyard garden. It's private, gets the sun, and has a pergola with outdoor seating. There's a BBQ there as well. The garden looks out over the estate's fields.
Being a barn, the ground floor is all accessible, and there's a wet room. There are grab rails and things fitted. The parking is on site. We've also put in an electric vehicle charger.
The location is quiet. You're in the countryside. The nearest pub is in Aston Subedge, a short walk. It's a working farm, so you'll see animals about. For a bigger shop or more places to eat, Chipping Campden is about four miles away.
From here, you're right on the edge of the Cotswolds. Stratford-upon-Avon is about a 20 minute drive north. The Cotswold Way runs nearby if you want a walk. For a day out, the Cotswold Wildlife Park is good for kids, or you can visit Hidcote gardens, which is National Trust.
In terms of facilities, it's got a lot. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. We provide a cot and highchair. There's also a hot tub in the courtyard. The property has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a kids' play area on the estate too.
