Flat 2 Tetsworth

This is Flat 2. It’s a first floor studio apartment above the old coach house, set in the grounds of the manor here in Tetsworth. It sleeps two.

It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. The space is all open plan, so the bed, kitchen, and sitting area are in one room. There’s a separate bathroom. The stairs up to it are external and a bit steeper than a normal house.

You share the big garden and the firepit with the guests from the other flat. There's private parking for you on the gravel.

The village is quiet. The church is right opposite. There’s a pub, The Peacock, just down the road and they do food. Thame is about ten minutes away by car. That’s your proper market town with shops and supermarkets.

Oxford is half an hour’s drive if you fancy a day out in the city. You’ve got Bicester Village about twenty minutes away for shopping. For walks, the Chiltern Hills start just to the south. The Phoenix Trail, which is an old railway line, is good for a flat bike ride or walk into Thame.

Facilities are all included: the electricity, WiFi, TV, towels and bedding. There’s a washing machine in the bathroom. You can park right outside.
