Flat 1 Tetsworth

This is Flat 1. It's in Tetsworth village, right opposite the church. It's one of two flats in our converted coach house, inside our own gated drive.

It's a studio for two people. So the bed, living space and dining area are all in one room. Then there's a separate little kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The flat is on the first floor. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's not huge. That's just how it is.

You can use the shared garden. There's seating and a barbecue out there.

There's a pub in the village, about a three minute walk. It's friendly and does food. For a bigger shop or more cafes, Thame is about a ten minute drive. They've got a market and everything you'd need.

You can walk straight from the door. The Chilterns are nearby if you want proper hills. There's a golf course just outside the village too.

Oxford is roughly half an hour by car. That's where all the university buildings and museums are, like the Ashmolean. Bicester Village for shopping is about twenty minutes away.

For a day out, Blenheim Palace is under an hour's drive. The Cotswolds are in that direction too.

Facilities: all the basics are here. Wifi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
