Gardeners Cottage Saltmarshe

Gardeners Cottage is on the Saltmarshe Hall estate near Goole. It's detached, so it's just you and your own garden. The garden's private and gets the sun.

It sleeps four, in two double bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen is fine, it's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a wood burner in the living room, but it's electric.

Being on the estate means you can walk around the grounds. There's also a bar at the Hall you can use, and a shared pool on site you can book.

The nearest pub is about a mile away. For a bigger shop, Howden is a short drive. It's a nice market town with a café or two and Howden Minster is worth a look.

You can walk along the River Ouse from here. Blacktoft Sands RSPB reserve is about a 20 minute drive if you like birdwatching.

If you want a day out, York is under an hour's drive. You've got the Minster and the city walls there. The coast at Bridlington is about 40 minutes away.

Facilities wise: WiFi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
