La Bergerie.

This is La Bergerie. It's a detached cottage in Lusta, on the Waternish Peninsula of Skye. The views from here are really something, across the sea to the Outer Hebrides.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, with a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a king-size bedroom that can be made into twins if you'd prefer. That one has an ensuite shower room, and there's another shower room on the ground floor too.

The main room is open plan: kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a wood-burning stove. There are patio doors out to the garden. Upstairs, there's a small gallery landing that looks down into the dining area.

The property has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's also a cot and highchair.

It's a rural, coastal spot. The nearest local pub is in Stein, a few miles away. You're well placed for walking on the Waternish headland itself. Dunvegan Castle is about a 20-minute drive. For a good walk, the Quiraing and the Old Man of Storr are within half an hour. Neist Point lighthouse is about 40 minutes by car.
