Cosy Cotswolds House Cheltenham

This is the house in Cheltenham. It's on the edge of town, in a residential area. It’s a modern semi-detached house, built for families, so it's roomy and straightforward.

It sleeps eight, but that’s with three of the beds being double sofa beds. There are three proper bedrooms upstairs, plus two bathrooms. The sofa beds are on the ground floor: one in the living room, one in the dining area, and one in the office. The office has its own toilet. The garden has a deck and a bit of lawn. It gets the sun in the evening.

Inside, it’s all fairly new. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a big fridge-freezer. The living room is a good size. Everything is clean and in good order. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s well-equipped.

Location wise, you’re in a suburb. There are shops, pubs, and cafes about a ten minute walk away on Bath Road. The bus into Cheltenham town centre stops nearby, they run every ten minutes or so. The Everyman Theatre is good if you want a show. The racecourse is a big deal here, especially during the Festival.

For getting out, you’re right on the edge of the Cotswolds. Places like Bourton-on-the-Water or Painswick are a 20 to 30 minute drive. National Trust places like Hidcote are within half an hour. If you want a proper walk, the Cotswold Way runs through Cheltenham and you can pick it up nearby.

As for the facilities listed: there's parking on the drive, WiFi, a BBQ, and a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. No pets allowed.
