Barn Owl Cabin Milldens

Barn Owl Cabin is near Milldens in Angus. It's a small, detached cabin for two people. There's a second cabin next to it called Bumblebee, but they're separated by privacy fencing.

It's got a 4 Star rating. It's insulated and heated, so you should be comfortable any time of year. You get a double bed, a kitchenette, a shower room, and some armchairs. Outside there's a veranda with a picnic table and a chiminea.

The cabin is in a wooded spot next to farm fields. You park up by our other holiday cottage, Redroofs, and there's a lit gravel path down to the cabins. It's very quiet.

You're right next to Balgavies Loch and Montreathmont Forest. There are good walks from the door. Forfar, Brechin, and Montrose are about 15 minutes away by car for shops.

The coast at Arbroath or Montrose is about 20 minutes away if you want a beach day. There are several golf courses around. Dundee, Perth, St Andrews or Aberdeen are all within an hour if you fancy a day trip.

Facilities include WiFi, parking, bike storage, bed linen and towels. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's no swimming pool on site, but there is a shared BBQ area.
