Stillwater Rockland St Peter

Stillwater is a lodge by a lake. It's on your own in about six acres, between meadows and some woods. The place sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and both have their own bathroom.

It's a 5 Star place. That means everything is new and finished to a high standard. The living area is open plan, with big windows looking straight out onto the lake. There's a wood burner for colder nights. There's a washing machine and dishwasher.

The main thing is the setting. You have your own lake, so it's very quiet. There's a deck with an outdoor bath looking over the water. It's fully private. You'll see a lot of birds and probably some deer from the windows.

It's in Rockland St Peter, so it's properly rural. There's a village shop and a pub that does food, but they're about two miles away. You'll need a car.

For days out, you're fairly central. The market towns like Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham are about a fifteen minute drive. They have supermarkets and places to eat. Norwich is about half an hour; it's got the castle, cathedral, and all the shops. Thetford Forest is good for walking or cycling and is about twenty minutes away. The coast at places like Winterton or Horsey is about an hour's drive.

You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's plenty of parking right outside.
