Pettingalls Farm Cottage is out near Deopham Green. It's a single-storey building on its own, so it's detached. You get the whole acre of garden. It's just meadows all around, so it's quiet.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well done. Because it's all on one level, it's good for people who struggle with stairs. It's also a fair bit more modern inside than a lot of country cottages.
It's open plan. There's a big fireplace with a wood burner in the living space, and oddly, another wood burner in the bedroom. The french doors open straight out onto the grass.
The facilities are all there: parking, WiFi, towels, a TV, and there's space for bikes if you bring them. It's all included.
You can walk straight out from the garden. The old Deopham Airfield is nearby if you're interested in that sort of history. There's fishing and horse riding locally if you want to arrange it.
Wymondham is about ten minutes away by car. It's a nice market town with shops and places to eat. Norwich is maybe twenty-five minutes. It's a proper city with everything you'd expect. The coast at Cromer or Wells-next-the-Sea is about an hour's drive.
