The Hawthorns is in Seaham. It's a detached house, so there's nobody next door. You've got three bedrooms and it sleeps six. One bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside. The kitchen and dining area are open plan, good for a group. There's a separate living room and a games room with a pool table and darts.
Outside, there's a small courtyard from the living room, and you can get out onto a terrace from one of the bedrooms upstairs. You can see the sea from there.
The coast path is right there. The beach is a few minutes' walk. It's that stretch with the sea glass pebbles. You might see dolphins sometimes.
Seaham itself has a marina. There are coffee shops and places to eat along the front. The fish and chip shop is very good. There's a WW1 statue called Tommy on the seafront.
