Denmark House
Denmark House is on Blue Bell Hill, just outside the village. It's a big detached house on the North Downs. It sleeps up to thirteen people in eight bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main bit downstairs is one big open room with the kitchen, dining, and living area. There's a large open fireplace. The kitchen has a big range cooker with seven burners. Also on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and a shower room. The old recording studio is down there too, which makes a second living room. You can book the studio to use if you want, we just need notice.
Upstairs, there's another living space, then three double bedrooms and three single bedrooms, plus a second shower room.
The garden is enclosed. We ask that you're in from the garden by 9pm, and just be mindful of noise outside as we have neighbours. The land here is an SSSI, so the walks right from the door are fantastic, with proper views.
There's a good pub a short walk down the road. Maidstone is about ten minutes away by car for shops and everything else. Leeds Castle is very close. For a bigger day out, Rochester is handy, and you can be in London in under an hour on the train from Ebbsfleet.
Facilities wise: everything's included. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair. On-site parking for several cars. We take one well-behaved dog.
