Olive Boothsdale

Olive is in Boothsdale, near Tarporley. It's a new conversion, detached and in our garden. You'll see us around, but you've got your own space.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything's new. The stairs are steep. They're a proper cottage staircase, made of oak. You enter on the ground floor into the bedroom.

The bath is in the bedroom. It's a sunken tub, good for a soak. There's a separate walk-in shower as well. Upstairs is the living area, with a kitchen, sofa, and TV. The ceiling is high and vaulted, so it feels spacious. It looks out over the fields.

Outside, you have a private area in the orchard with seating and a fire pit. It's quiet here, no main roads.

For walking, the Sandstone Trail is right on the doorstep. There's a country house hotel about five minutes walk away for a posh meal, and a decent pub about twenty minutes walk. Tarporley village is under three miles, with shops and a few places to eat.

Delamere Forest is a 15 minute drive. Good for cycling or a walk. Oulton Park racing circuit is about the same distance. Several castles like Beeston and Cholmondeley are within 25 minutes. Chester is half an hour away for shopping, the zoo, or the racecourse.

Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, WiFi, parking, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's satellite TV.
