Olive Boothsdale

This is Olive, in Boothsdale. It's a new conversion, detached, in our garden. You're on your own out there, but we're in the main house if you need anything.

It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's high spec and very clean. The layout is a bit different. You come in on the ground floor into the bedroom. The bathroom's there too, with a walk-in shower and a sunken bath in the room. The stairs up to the living area are steep. They're a proper oak staircase, but they are steep.

Upstairs is the kitchen and sitting area. The ceiling's vaulted so it feels big. The main thing is the view over the fields. It's very quiet. No main roads.

Outside, you have your own bit of the orchard. There's seating and a fire pit.

For walking, the Sandstone Trail is right there. You can walk to a country house hotel for a meal in about five minutes, or there's a pub with food about twenty minutes on foot. Tarporley village is under three miles away for shops and more pubs.

Delamere Forest is about fifteen minutes by car for cycling or walking. Chester is half an hour. You've got the zoo, the racecourse, the walls, and the shopping. Several castles like Beeston and Cholmondeley are within a twenty minute drive.

It has a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
