Weetwood Lodge is in Boothsdale, Cheshire. It's a detached bungalow on our small farm. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed that can be split into two singles if you let us know beforehand. Everything's on the ground floor. There's a private patio out the back with a table and chairs and a barbecue. It gets the sun in the evening and looks straight out over the fields.
It's very quiet here. You'll see the sheep. The local pub is about a mile walk down the lane, they do food. The village shop is in Kelsall, which is a bit further.
If you like walking, you're in a good spot. There are footpaths from the door. The Sandstone Trail and Eddisbury Way are close by. Delamere Forest is only about ten minutes in the car. You can spend a whole day there.
Chester is about half an hour's drive. The city walls, the cathedral, the Rows. It's a good day out. Or you can go the other way and be in Manchester in under an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a TV, towels and bedding are included. You can store bikes. Parking is right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
