Pickle House
This is Pickle House in Drumoig, Fife. We built it new in 2022. It's a detached house with a double garage and parking for a couple more cars on the drive.
The main thing about it is the space. It sleeps eight, has five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, and two have walk-in wardrobes. The beds are all super kings, but you can split three of them into twins if you need to. The kitchen is new and has an island with stools. There's a utility room with a washing machine, and a separate living room with a big TV.
Upstairs there's a second TV room with a sofa bed and a PlayStation, which kids seem to like.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-finished. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair.
Drumoig is a quiet village. The Drumoig Golf Hotel is about half a mile down the road. You can get a meal and a drink there.
If you're here for the golf, you're sorted. St Andrews, Carnoustie, and Kingsbarns are all within a half hour drive. St Andrews town is about 20 minutes away for shops and things. Dundee is five minutes in the car. The V&A is there if you want to visit.
