Clarion Lodge Cottage Ilkley
Clarion Lodge Cottage is in Menston, near Ilkley. It's a detached house that sleeps thirteen, in six bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. We allow up to two dogs.
The place is big. It was a farmhouse, I think. The kitchen has a big island you can all gather round. There's a separate dining room and a living room with a wood burner. The main thing is the games room. It's got a pool table, a large sofa, and a big TV. It's where everyone ends up.
The six bedrooms are all upstairs. Two have en-suites. There's also a main family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. All the bedding and towels are included.
Outside, there's a patio and a lawned garden with a barbecue and furniture.
Menston is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's a pub about 500 yards from the house.
Otley and Ilkley are a short drive away. They're proper market towns with shops and cafes. Harewood House is about 15 minutes by car. Bolton Abbey and Skipton are about 20 minutes. Leeds city centre is 20 minutes on the train from the local station. Haworth, for the Brontë connection, is about half an hour's drive.
We provide a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, and highchair. There's parking on site. The property has WiFi.
