Grange Stables
It's Grange Stables, out past Edgehill in Warwickshire. It's a converted stable building, so from the outside it just looks like a farm building. Inside, it's all been done up properly. Comfortable. It's got a five star rating.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. There's a decent kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The sofa and chairs are in a covered bit outside, so you can sit out even if it drizzles.
The big thing is the swimming pool. It's heated and it's just for this property. You get the garden to yourselves too. It's very private.
Edgehill is a ridge, so you get good views. It's quiet up here. There's a pub within walking distance.
Stratford-upon-Avon is about fifteen minutes away by car. If you want the theatre, that's where you go. Warwick Castle is about twenty minutes. Stow-on-the-Wold and the other Cotswold villages are just a bit further, maybe half an hour if the roads are clear.
It's all on the ground floor with step-free access to the main rooms, which is handy. No pets allowed. All bedding and towels are provided. Parking is right there.
