The Haybarn
This is the Haybarn, out in Ewhurst. It's a converted barn on the edge of a quiet farm. There are horses in the paddocks next door.
It sleeps four. Two big bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, so no one has to share. One has a bath and a separate shower, the other just a shower. There's underfloor heating in there.
The main room is all open plan. Big sofa, wood burner, a proper kitchen. The whole front wall opens up with these bi-fold doors onto the terrace, so it feels very open when the weather's good. The terrace looks out over the fields. There's a table out there.
It's got a 5 Star rating. It's well put together and comfortable.
Ewhurst village has a shop and a church. Cranleigh is about ten minutes drive for supermarkets. You're right in the Surrey Hills, so walking and cycling are the main things. National Trust Surrey Hills has good information. Leith Hill is 15 minutes away, it's the highest point in the south of England. The views are worth it.
For a day out, Denbies Vineyard near Dorking is about half an hour. Or you can drive over to the Hannah Peschar Sculpture Garden.
In terms of what's here, it's all been done. Wifi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
