The local shop is about a mile away. The village pub is less than a mile. It's been done up recently.
You're in the Surrey Hills, so walking starts from the door. It's flat in some directions, hilly in others. Hurtwood Park Polo Club is nearby. You can watch matches sometimes.
Guildford is about a 20 minute drive. Dorking is about 25 minutes. For a longer day out, the South Downs National Park is within half an hour. London is an hour by car.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
