Riverside Cottage
Riverside Cottage is in Blair Atholl, which is in Perthshire. It's a stone cottage by the River Garry. It's about 140 years old, but it's been refurbished.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. The front garden looks onto the river. You can hear it from outside.
The village has a shop, a tearoom, and the Atholl Arms Hotel for a meal, all a short walk away. Blair Castle is very close. It's a good place for walking straight from the door. You're on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park, so there's a lot of hiking and wildlife.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Pitlochry, which has more shops and the Festival Theatre. The House of Bruar is about four miles away if you want to shop. For activities, there's a local golf course, fishing, and horse riding nearby. The Falls of Bruar do canyoning experiences.
Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance and shower are wheelchair accessible. No pets.
