Court House

Court House is on the main street in Porthcawl. It's a big old terraced house, so it's right in the middle of things. The beach is just over the road, about a hundred yards away.

It sleeps eight over four bedrooms. There's one bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The garden is enclosed with astroturf, which is easy. It's a 4 Star place. That means it's been done up to a good standard.

You've got two living rooms. One at the front with a wood burner and a Smart TV, and another at the back with a fireplace. The kitchen is a decent size. The stairs are the original ones, so they're a bit steeper than modern stairs.

You're right on the seafront, so you've got restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. The Grand Pavilion is nearby for shows. For beaches, you've got a choice. Sandy Bay is just there, but Trecco Bay is good for families with the funfair. The promenade is nice for a walk.

If you drive for about twenty minutes, you can get to the Merthyr Mawr sand dunes. They're massive and good for a proper walk. The National Trust look after Newton Down nearby, which is another good walking spot.

Bridgend Designer Outlet is about fifteen minutes away. Cardiff is maybe forty minutes, Swansea about half an hour.

Facilities wise: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. No pets, sorry.
