Rowan Cottage is situated in much revered the Isle Ornsay peninsula of the Isle of Skye. Nestled on top of a hill, this charming cottage offers guests the perfect place to relax and ‘get away from it all’ whilst visiting this stunning part of the world. The property comprises of two bedrooms, one twin and one double with a comfortable sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. There is a generous garden area to the rear and even a pond at the bottom for the kids to investigate!
Isle Oransay is to the South of Skye and overlooks the Ound of Sleat and the impressive Mountains of Knoydart. The local Inn is a fabulous place to enjoy some fine local produce or to sit out and enjoy the stunning views over the water when the notion takes you. This property is located near Armadale, with the beautiful Armadale Castle and Gardens well worth a visit and has a very well stocked local shop with everything you’d need for your stay. The Isle of Skye is well known for its vast array of places to visit and things to do. You won’t be short of choice! From visiting the enchanting Fairy pools, to the mind boggling old Man of Storr, the beautiful Coral Bay, the upside down Tallisker Waterfall, you will be sure to come back after a busy days exploring wanting to put your feet up and relax; and Rowan Cottage is the ideal place to do just that!
