Bervie Road Cottage is right on the harbour in Kinlochbervie. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one floor. You get a good view of the sea from the front.
It sleeps six. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is an en-suite. It's a 4 Star place. It feels bigger inside than it looks from the street. The owner keeps it comfortable.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs. Speaking of which, you can bring two pets.
You're in the middle of the village, so you can walk to the harbour. The local shop and the pub are a few minutes away. The pub does food.
The beaches are the main thing here. Oldshoremore is about two miles down the road. It's a big, sandy beach. Polin and Sheigra are a bit further on. Sandwood Bay is about a three-mile walk from the nearest road. It's worth the hike.
If you want to drive, you can join the NC500 route nearby. Cape Wrath is about a thirty-minute drive, then you catch a ferry and a minibus to the lighthouse. Sutherland is good for walking. The Walkhighlands site has routes.
In the cottage, you've got a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. All the bedding and towels are included. The parking is on the street outside.
