Welcome to a wonderful spacious house perfectly situated just 10 minutes walk from Coventry Station and Coventry City Centre.
As you step through the door you will find a good sized modern living room, a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, along with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside you will be greeted by a courtyard to relax in with seating.
Coventry city centre and university are all within easy walking distance and just a short drive from the Birmingham NEC and Ricoh arena. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, and two lovely restaurants, a café and a pub just 2 minutes’ walk away. If you fancy something more cultural, browse the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum, which has paintings of local heroine, Lady Godiva. A statue of her, naked on horseback, is also nearby. You can also visit the 14th-century St. Mary’s Guildhall, with its vaulted crypt, or Coventry Cathedral, which was left in ruins after a WWII bombing, together with the adjacent 20th-century replacement which features abstract stained glass. Warwick Arts Centre, the Belgrade Theatre and Coventry Transport Museum are other places of interest. Great transport links can take you to surrounding areas which are rich in culture and heritage, such as Warwick with its beautiful medieval castle; Kenilworth with amazing Kenilworth Castle and Elizabethan garden; the historic town of Leamington Spa, or Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare.
