Granary Cottage Brantham

Granary Cottage is in Tattingstone, near Brantham. It's a quiet village. The cottage is on a farm with about 30 acres of land. There's a fishing lake on site, so you can fish if you want to.

It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which is handy. One is an en-suite off the main bedroom. The place has a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely and is comfortable.

Downstairs, there's a big open-plan room with a woodburner. That opens into a conservatory which gets the sun. The kitchen has a large oak table for meals. There's also a smaller snug room, which is good if kids want a different space. A shower room is down there too.

The stairs are normal. The garden is south facing and enclosed. It's a patio area.

It's a rural spot. The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Tattingstone Worth. Ipswich is about a ten minute drive for bigger shops.

You're well placed for the Suffolk coast. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to places like Felixstowe. The Suffolk Coast & Heaths area is good for walking. Sutton Hoo and Woodbridge are about half an hour away.

For facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs.
