Greenhill

Greenhill is a bungalow near Portree on Skye. It's detached, so you're on your own, and it's at the end of the road. The view from the front is the main thing. You look straight out over the water to Ben Tianavaig. It's very quiet.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's been done up to a good standard. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a proper open fire in the living room. The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you have kids or dogs. You can bring up to two dogs.

Portree is about three miles away by car, but you can walk it in about twenty minutes via the Scorrybreac Trail, which starts right by the house. That trail is a lovely walk even if you're not going into town. Portree has shops, places to eat, and a co-op for groceries.

The location is good for seeing wildlife. We regularly see sea eagles from the garden. Dolphins sometimes come into the bay, and you can see them from here too.

For facilities, you've got the washing machine, WiFi, TV, and parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
