Watersreach
This is Watersreach. It's in Collieston, a small village on the Aberdeenshire coast. The house is detached and the back garden is about ten metres from the shore. You can see the sea from the back windows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything's on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
The back garden is paved and there's a decked area to the side that gets the sun and is sheltered from the wind. Inside, it's just a normal house. There's a TV, wifi, a washing machine, and parking.
You can walk straight out onto the beach. It's also part of the Forvie National Nature Reserve. There are seals often on the sandbanks. The NatureScot page for Forvie has maps and information.
The village has a shop and a pub. About five miles south is Cruden Bay, which has a famous golf course. A couple of miles north is the Bullers of Buchan, which is a big sea cavern. Further up the coast is Slains Castle, which is a ruin.
Aberdeen is about a forty-minute drive if you need the city or the airport. Heading north from here, you can follow the coast through a lot of small fishing villages.
Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair. No pets, sorry.
