The view from the front is over the beach. It's a good spot for watching the waves. The garden is enclosed.
You're right on the coast path for walking. The beach is a couple of minutes' walk. There's local fishing if that's your thing.
Aberdeen is about 16 miles away for shops and things. For a day out, you can go to Newburgh to see the seals. The BrewDog brewery in Ellon does tours if you like that. There are a lot of golf courses nearby, like Cruden Bay and the Trump course.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. The shower is a walk-in type and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The nearest shop is in Ellon, about five and a half miles. The nearest pub and restaurant are about five miles away in the same direction.
