This is Bryn Teg. It's a lodge outside Builth Wells, Mid Wales. It's on the ground floor. Detached. You get it to yourselves.
It sleeps up to six, but there are two proper bedrooms. One has a double bed and its own shower room. The other has a single bed and a fold-out single. There's a sofa bed in the living area too. There's also a main bathroom with a shower over the bath.
It's all very open plan inside. Big living space, kitchen with an island, dining table for six. Patio doors go out to the deck at the back. The view from there is just fields. You'll see red kites, rabbits, sheep in the next field. It's quiet.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and everything works. Being all on one level and having wide doors means it's suitable if you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair.
You're about a mile outside Builth Wells town. There's a supermarket, pubs, a swimming pool. The Royal Welsh Showground is there. They have the big show in July and other events through the year.
The Brecon Beacons National Park is about a 30 minute drive south. Good for walking. Elan Valley is to the north, maybe 40 minutes. For a day out, Hay-on-Wye is 40 minutes away for the bookshops.
Facilities: it's got WiFi, a Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
