The Barn
The Barn is on our farm in Fintry, up in the Campsie Fells. It's a working dairy farm, so you'll see the cows coming in for milking. The view from here is just fields and hills. It's quiet.
It's a four-star place, sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and dry. The wood burner works well for chilly nights.
You get a private garden across the lane. It's got a table and chairs. It's enclosed, so it's fine for kids. The garden looks out over the field where the heifers are.
The village of Fintry is about three miles down the road. There's a shop and a couple of places you can eat. The nearest proper supermarket is probably in Stirling.
From here, you're about twenty minutes from the east side of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The drive up to Aberfoyle is nice. Blair Drummond Safari Park and Doune Castle are also within half an hour.
It says on the list we've got a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Towels and bedding are included. There's a BBQ out in the garden. We can't take pets, sorry.
