Fallow Cottage Hadleigh

Fallow Cottage is in Hadleigh. It's one of three cottages here, all built a few years ago. This one sleeps four, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom.

It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Nice and clean. You get your own private courtyard garden out the back with a table and chairs. There's a wood burner in the living room for colder evenings.

The cottage is pretty central. You're opposite the cricket ground, which is one of the oldest in the country. The high street is a two minute walk. It's got a good mix of independent shops, a few pubs, and some cafes. There's a shop about a hundred yards away, and a pub a bit further down.

For walking, you can pick up the path along the River Brett right from the town. It's a nice, easy stroll. Or you can walk the old railway line towards Raydon.

If you fancy a drive, Lavenham is about twenty minutes away. It's that very old wool town with the crooked buildings. It was used in the Harry Potter films. National Trust Lavenham has information if you're planning a visit. Flatford Mill, which is Constable Country, is about half an hour. The Suffolk coast, like Aldeburgh or Southwold, is under an hour.

Facilities: it's got parking right outside. There's wifi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.

The other two cottages on site, Roe Cottage and Muntjac Cottage, can be booked together with this one if you're a bigger group.
