The Hayloft New Bingfield

The Hayloft is on our farm in New Bingfield. It's a semi-detached conversion, next to the other holiday let. You look out over the fields.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, the kitchen is new. The main room is open plan with big windows so you get the light and can watch the farm. You'll see the horses and sheep.

The stairs are a bit steep, typical for a conversion.

You're right by the A68, which is good for getting around. Corbridge is about seven miles away. It's a nice old town with shops and pubs by the river. Hexham is eleven miles. It has the abbey and some good walks along the Tyne.

For Roman history, you're close to Hadrian's Wall. Vindolanda and Housesteads are within half an hour. The Northumberland National Park starts not far from here, up past Rothbury.

Newcastle city centre is about forty minutes in the car if you need something more urban.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. The garden is enclosed. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
