Barbury Cottage is in Sheet, a village just outside Petersfield.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms upstairs. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring up to two dogs.
The cottage is old and a bit wonky. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they're steep. There's a stairgate at the bottom.
The living room has a wood burner. There's a washing machine in a utility space by the back door.
Out the back there's an enclosed garden. The gate at the bottom opens straight into a park. It's very handy for letting the dogs out.
The local pub is about a minute's walk from that garden gate.
Petersfield is a five-minute drive. It's a market town with shops and places to eat. The South Downs National Park starts just south of there. Good walking and cycling.
If you want the sea, the Witterings beaches are about half an hour's drive away. You can get to Portsmouth or Chichester for a day out in about the same time.
For facilities: there's WiFi, a BBQ, bed linen and towels are included, and we've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
