South Wing Coldharbour Park Farm Rake

This is South Wing. It's part of Coldharbour Park Farm in Rake. It's a working farm so you'll see the fields and some animals from the windows.

The place sleeps three. It's one big bedroom with a double and a single bed. There's one bathroom with a shower over the corner bath. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.

The living space is all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. It's got everything you need like an oven and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed and secure, which is good if you have dogs.

You can bring up to three dogs. The access is through a private gate, and there's plenty of parking.

The pub is directly opposite the farm road. There's a garden centre cafe right opposite as well, they do breakfasts and light meals. Another good pub is about two miles away in Milland.

You're close to a lot from here. Goodwood is about a 15-minute drive, for the horse racing or the Festival of Speed. Cowdray for polo is similar. The beaches at West Wittering or Hayling Island are maybe 40 minutes. You can get to Bosham, Chichester with its theatre, or Arundel Castle quite easily. Portsmouth with the Spinnaker Tower is about half an hour.

In terms of facilities, it's all there. Wifi, TV, bedding and towels are included, there's parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. It's a straightforward place to stay.
