South Wing Coldharbour Park Farm Rake

South Wing is the part of our farmhouse we've turned into a place to stay. It's on the first floor. You get your own door and staircase to get up to it. We live next door, and the stables and fields are all around. It's quiet, and you can see the paddocks from the windows.

It's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean and has what you need, but it's not a hotel. It sleeps three, in one room with a double and a single bed. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The living space is all open plan, with a kitchen area, a table, and a sofa. There's a washing machine, and the WiFi works. You can sit outside on the patio if you like. Parking is right outside.

We're on a working farm, so you'll see and hear horses. Sometimes there's a bit of mud around by the gates. The local pub is about a mile down the road, The Sun Inn. It does food.

You're right between Petersfield and Liphook. Petersfield has a decent high street and a Waitrose. For days out, Goodwood is about a 20 minute drive for the horse racing or the car events. The South Downs are right there for walking. Chichester, Arundel Castle, and the coast at West Wittering are all within half an hour.

You can bring dogs, up to three. We do ask that they're kept on leads around the livestock.
