Situated in the popular fishing village of Lybster, this well-presented semi-detached stone property offers three bedrooms and has been renovated in 2020 by the owners. The village has a local pub which is only 200 yards away, a shop and post office and there is a local hotel that has a bar and serves food. You can catch a ferry from the small harbour to Wick and hopefully see some of the stunning wildlife. This is an ideal base for exploring this stunning coastline, the near by town of Wick is perfect for a day out or why not explore the north coast of Scotland or even pop over to Orkney. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
