Cosy Cottage
Cosy Cottage is in Lyndhurst. It's a semi-detached place, tucked down a quiet road. The main bit of the village is about a five minute walk.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. The listing says two pets are okay. Parking for one car on the drive.
The New Forest is right there. You can walk out the door and be on the open forest in a couple of minutes. You'll see the ponies. There are loads of paths for walking or cycling.
Lyndhurst itself has pubs, shops, and cafes. All within easy walking distance. It's a useful base.
If you want to go further, Lymington is about ten minutes' drive. They have a good Saturday market and you can get the ferry to the Isle of Wight from there. Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard are close for a day out.
The place has the usual things: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. They've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
