Bonshawside Farmhouse
Bonshawside Farmhouse is on our working farm, near Kirtlebridge. It's a wing of our house, so you'll see us coming and going, but you've got your own front door. It's quiet here, just sheep and cows in the fields.
The house sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, not modern. The rooms are big and every window has a view of the fields. You can't really get lost in here.
The garden is enclosed. It looks right onto a field with sheep. You'll get the sun in the evening.
You're two miles from a pub that does food. The nearest shop is about a mile away in Kirtlebridge. The Solway coast is about four miles if you fancy a walk on the beach.
If you want to get out, Caerlaverock Castle is worth a look. The mountain bike trails at Mabie Forest are about a 25 minute drive. The Annandale whisky distillery is in Annan, that's maybe 15 minutes by car.
What's here: Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry, because of the farm.
