Grattan Cottage is in Bow, Devon. It's detached and sits in the grounds of an old manor house. The garden looks out over a big orchard lawn.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything you'd expect is there.
You get the usual things: wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring one dog.
Outside, you've got your own patio area. There's also a shared swimming pool in the walled garden, open in the summer. Sometimes you can use the all-weather tennis court. The old orchard is good for a wander.
Bow village is a short walk away. There's a pub and a decent shop. It's a handy spot because you're pretty much in the middle of Devon. North coast, south coast, and Dartmoor are all within about a 30 minute drive.
If you want to plan trips, these sites are useful: Dartmoor National Park, National Trust Devon, and Visit Devon. For local gardens, RHS Garden Rosemoor is nearby. Castle Drogo is the last castle built in England and it's not far either.
