Single-storey, it is situated on the edge of a smallholding with sheep, midway between the picturesque market town of Biggar and the small village of Broughton, 3 miles away and home of Broughton Brewery and a tea room, doubling as a local pub at the weekend.
There is good walking and cycling from the doorstep with Broughton Heights and Trahenna Hill well worth the climb for the glorious views.
