The property is called Hog Pits. It's in East Tytherton, near Chippenham. It's on our working farm with horses, pigs, and chickens.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. Everything is on one level. There's a woodburning stove. The garden is enclosed and looks out over the fields.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's all wheelchair accessible. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
The farm is rural but it's only about five miles from the M4 junction. There's a pub about two miles away. The nearest shop is in Chippenham, three miles.
You've got good walking right from the door, and the Wiltshire & Berkshire canal path is nearby.
Lacock village is about a 15-minute drive. It's National Trust and they use it for films. Castle Combe is maybe 20 minutes away, it's very pretty. Bath is about half an hour's drive. You can spend a full day there easily. National Trust Wiltshire has good information on Lacock and other places. For the wider area, Visit Wiltshire is useful.
Bowood House and its gardens are close. Avebury stone circle is about 25 minutes north. Stonehenge is around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
