Limestone Hill Mill Cottage Tickhill

Limestone Hill Mill Cottage is just outside Tickhill. It's a stone cottage that used to be part of a working farm. It looks out over fields.

It's 5 Star rated, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed upstairs, the other is a twin downstairs. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living room has a wood burner. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a patio out the back with a BBQ, looking onto the fields. You can bring one well-behaved dog.

The cottage is rural, but it's a 20-minute walk into Tickhill village on footpaths. There's a shop, a couple of cafes, and a pub that does food. Tickhill Castle is there too, what's left of it.

Doncaster is about seven miles away for bigger shops. The Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a 25-minute drive. It's good for a day out. For a proper walk, the Peak District is just under half an hour away by car. Clumber Park is about the same drive.

Facilities: parking for two cars, WiFi, TV, wood burner, cot and highchair available. All bedding and towels are included. It's on a farm, so you'll see sheep in the fields.
