Granary Barn is in Tacolneston, which is a small village in Norfolk. It's a converted barn, Grade II listed. The garden is fully enclosed and private, which is good if you've got dogs or kids.
It sleeps six, in four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is handy. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It feels quite luxurious.
The main living area is open plan, so everyone's together. There's a proper kitchen, a dining table, and a sitting area with big windows looking out over the fields.
Outside, there's a hot tub, a sauna, and a cold plunge bath. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ. The garden is a good size. You can park four cars on the drive, and there's an electric vehicle charger.
It's a rural spot. You're surrounded by fields. Norwich is about half an hour's drive if you want a city day - shops, the castle, that sort of thing.
The Norfolk Broads are also about 30 minutes away. You can hire a boat or go on a river cruise from there. The coast, both Norfolk and Suffolk sides, is under an hour's drive.
Facilities: everything you'd expect really. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, bedding and towels are included. Up to three dogs are welcome.
