September Cottage is on Sherborne Street in Lechlade. It's a small terraced cottage for up to three people. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, and one shower room.
It's got a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean and everything works, but it's not a show home. The living space is open plan with a sofa, dining table, and an electric fireplace. There are some old beams. The kitchen is out the back, and it leads to a small patio garden.
The stairs are fairly steep. It's an old cottage.
You're right in the town. It takes about two minutes to walk to the main street. There are a couple of pubs, some shops, and a bakery. The river Thames is a five-minute walk away. You can walk along the towpath, and I think you can hire boats or paddleboards in season. There's a good church to look around, St Lawrence's.
If you drive, Cirencester is about fifteen minutes away. It's got a big Waitrose, the Corinium Museum, and the Roman amphitheatre. Cirencester Park is nice for a walk. Burford is about twenty minutes in the other direction. Bibury is maybe twenty-five minutes.
For facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and all bedding and towels are included. The small garden is just a patio with a table and chairs. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning trips, the Cotswolds National Landscape site has good information.
