Gingerbread Cottage
Gingerbread Cottage is in Fairford. It's a small detached house, so no one is on the other side of the wall.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean and comfortable, but not fancy.
The front door opens straight into the main living area. It's all open plan downstairs, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are together.
Fairford's market square is a few minutes' walk away. There's a shop and a pub about 400 yards from the cottage. The pub does food. The church there, St Mary's, is worth a look. It's famous for its medieval stained glass.
The cottage is good for walks by the River Coln and around the nearby lakes. You'll see plenty of birds.
For getting out, you're right in the middle of things. Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Cirencester are all within about 15 miles. Lechlade is just down the road.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
