Beach House Seaford

This is the Beach House in Seaford. It's a modern house, detached, on a quiet street. You're about four minutes' walk from the pebble beach and the sea is right there.

It's got a 4 Star rating. Sleeps five. There are two bedrooms, but one is quite small with a single bed, and then there's a double sofa bed in the lounge upstairs. One main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, plus a separate toilet and sink downstairs.

The main thing is the view. The front rooms upstairs look straight out to sea. You can sit and watch the ships. The back is all garden and patio, which is quite big. Sliding doors open from the kitchen.

It's set up for comfort. Washing machine, dishwasher, all the usual kitchen things. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's parking on the drive.

Location is straightforward. You can walk to the train station in a minute. Trains go to Lewes in about seven minutes and to Brighton in twenty. By car, the Seven Sisters cliffs and the South Downs are right on your doorstep. South Downs National Park has all the walking and cycling routes. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby, like Birling Gap.

Locally, the beach is shingle. People sail from there. There's a golf course along the coast. In the other direction, Newhaven Fort is about ten minutes by car.
