This place is called Perfect Location. It's a studio flat in Lewes. It's on the ground floor of a terraced house, but you get your own front door on the side.
It's a four star place, so it's comfortable and recently done up. It sleeps two people. One room with a double bed. One bathroom with a shower. There's a small kitchen area and a sofa to sit on. It's all open plan. You get bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, TV, and wifi.
You can bring up to two dogs. The fee is per pet.
The best thing is the terrace out the back. It's private, gets the sun in the afternoon, and has a table and chairs. Good for a coffee or a glass of wine.
You're about a five minute walk into the middle of Lewes. It's an old town with a castle, some good pubs, and plenty of charity shops. The Lewes Castle museum is worth a look if you like history.
The South Downs start pretty much at the edge of town. You can walk up onto the hills from here. For a proper day out, Devil's Dyke is about a twenty minute drive. The Seven Sisters cliffs are about half an hour's drive south.
Brighton is ten miles away, or about fifteen minutes on the train from Lewes station. The station is a ten minute walk from the flat.
Parking is on street. It's usually fine to find a space on the road outside.
If you're planning walks, the South Downs National Park website is useful.
