This is Seaview. It's in St Margaret's Hope on South Ronaldsay in Orkney. It's a detached house.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order. The main thing is the view from the back. It looks straight out over the bay. You can sit in the conservatory and watch the water. We see seals on the rocks often. Sometimes dolphins. The garden is south facing so it gets the sun, when there is any. There's a patio and a lawn.
The house is on the main road through the village. You can walk to the ferry for Pentland Ferries, the shop, the pub, and the cafe. The bus to Kirkwall stops nearby.
For walks, you can start right from the door along the coast. The village has a golf course and tennis courts. For a proper beach day, Burray and Sandside are a short drive away.
Kirkwall is about 15 miles. That's where St Magnus Cathedral is and most of the bigger shops. The main historical sites like Skara Brae, the Ring of Brodgar, and the Italian Chapel on Lamb Holm are all within a 30 minute drive.
Included: bedding, towels, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Parking for two cars on the drive. No pets.
