An Croke is a bungalow in Denham End, Suffolk. It's about a fifteen minute drive from Bury St Edmunds. Completely detached, no one on the other side of the wall. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both are a good size and have their own bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a bath. Everything's on one level.
The garden is private, quite big, and gets the sun. There's a patio area. You can hire the private tennis court from us if you want.
Inside, it's got what you need: a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
You can bring one well-behaved dog.
Bury St Edmunds is your nearest proper town. It's got shops, pubs, and the Abbey Gardens are worth a look. If you're heading to the coast, Southwold and Aldeburgh are both about a forty minute drive. Southwold has the beach and the Adnams brewery. Aldeburgh has its famous fish and chips, but you'll likely queue. Thorpeness, just north of Aldeburgh, is a bit different. It's a sort of fantasy holiday village from the 1900s built around a large lake called The Mere. You can hire a boat there.
