This delightful 19th-century stone-built cottage offers a comfortable stay in the wonderful historic cathedral city of Lincoln. The property has been stylishly decorated and furnished throughout offering a fantastic holiday retreat for families, couples or friends whilst being ideally located to explore all that this magical city and surrounding areas have to offer. The living area is located on the ground floor which presents a cosy setting and is a great area to kick back and relax after a day scouting the area. The cottage boasts a well-presented, well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs should you not wish to dine at the many superb eateries close by as well as a dining table to seat four, a great place to socialise. There are two good sized bedrooms across the first floor a master bedroom which includes a super kingsize bed which can be split into twins along with a double, all bedrooms are made with fresh cotton linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep ready for the next day’s adventure. There is one bathroom which offers a shower over the bath, a great place to have a relaxing soak after a long day. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area so why not pour a glass of your favourite holiday tipple and soak up the summer sun?
Cosy Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore Lincoln city centre. Just a stroll from the Brayford Wharf where you can watch the boats cruise past while enjoying the many restaurants and bars alongside the waterfront. Nearby is Lincoln University Campus, making this the ideal base for visiting friends and family. With its vibrant high street, Lincoln is also well known for its steep hill which leads to the castle area known as The Bailgate where there are many excellent restaurants, boutique shops and bars to enjoy. Lincoln has plenty for everyone to enjoy from its cathedral, castle, excellent restaurants and bars, vibrant nightlife, or relax and enjoy the shopping, tea rooms and culture that this wonderful city has to offer.
